Account Deletion Steps for Kaaz App

What happens when I delete my account?
When you delete your account on the Kaaz App, your profile and all associated personal information will be permanently removed from our active systems. However, certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

How to delete your account:
Follow these simple steps to delete your account on the Kaaz App:

  1. Open the Kaaz App — Launch the application on your device and log in to your account if you're not already logged in.
  2. Navigate to Profile Tab — Tap on the Profile tab in the app's navigation.
  3. Select Delete Account — Locate and tap on the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Enter Your Email to Confirm — For security purposes, you will be asked to enter your email address to confirm the deletion request.
  5. Confirm Deletion — Tap the delete button to complete the process. This action cannot be undone.

Important notices about account deletion:

  • Irreversible Action: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. You will lose all access to the Kaaz App and associated services.
  • Data Removal: Your personal data will be removed from our active databases, but some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days as part of our standard data retention procedures.
  • No Recovery: Your profile, transaction history, saved preferences, and any other account-related data will not be recoverable after deletion.
  • Outstanding Issues: Please ensure all outstanding transactions, subscriptions, or services are settled before deleting your account.

8. Controls for DO-NOT-TRACK Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
